Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us of your decision to return it.

You may inspect and handle your item the same way you would in a physical store before deciding to keep it. To be eligible for a full refund, please return it with its original packaging and any tags where possible. If an item shows signs of use beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the reduced value. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to return an item. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
